What is Wuo Tai?
This is body therapy that can restore your energy, health and vitality while awakening your limitless potential.
Wuo Tai is the dance and osteopathic therapy created by Nathalie and Roland Combes around 2006. The evolution of Wuo Tai is as its gestures, intuitive, without a focus, it’s receptive, passive. Wuo Tai movement is fluid and flowing, creative. Wuo Tai comes from the back of the brain, without logic, and soaked in serendipity, surprise!
By creating the same tension between the giver and the receiver, the fascia of the two people exchange information and “the Dream Boxes,” the rear brains, connect. Wuo Tai is movement therapy through the fascia, using as few muscles as possible. With no expectations, we feel to understand, not to know. Even if we don’t feel anything, it doesn’t mean that nothing is happening.
We explore the possibilities. Wuo Tai is a body therapy of beauty, freedom, and pure curiosity. It has no intention and is limitless. The gestures of Wuo Tai are elegant, poetic, and surprising.
To learn the Principles of Wuo Tai, the gestures, the Philosophy.
